Optional add-ons
Bolt on only what a particular client needs. Each is priced per workspace, per month, and can be turned on or off any time.
Blog & Sitemap Suite
Publish client-facing articles and an auto-generated XML sitemap, so the work you deliver shows up in search — no separate CMS to run.
Kanban Task Board
A drag-and-drop Kanban board for work that moves through stages. Add it when simple to-do lists no longer show progress clearly.
Emergency Ticket Desk
A priority ticket desk with loud browser plus email/SMS alerts — for contractors, IT and facilities teams who field urgent “it’s down” calls after hours.
AI & SaaS Expense Audit
Track every recurring software and AI subscription in one place and flag the waste — for teams quietly bleeding money on tools nobody cancelled.
Priority Admin VIP Chat
Open a private priority channel between a client and your staff on demand — for high-touch accounts that expect a direct line.
How to choose the right plan
Start on Free if you are testing the idea. It gives you a real branded workspace and the core features for a single user, with no card required. It is the right way to run your first client through the portal and decide whether it earns a place in your business before you spend anything.
Choose Starter when the portal becomes how you actually run a client. It adds the day-to-day operations layer — shared to-do lists, client and team messaging, a shared inbox, blog and sitemap publishing, and the emergency ticket desk — for a small team. This is the plan most solo operators and small firms settle on.
Choose Growth when you are running a book of clients as a team. This is the popular plan for a reason: it unlocks the Kanban task board, the ideas board, full invoicing and billing, team management and more, for up to ten users. If client operations are the core of your business rather than a side task, this is the tier built for you.
Choose Enterprise when scale and unlimited users matter. Everything is included, with room for a larger team and higher client counts. If you are consolidating several tools across a bigger operation, this is the home for it.
Not sure? Pick the plan that covers the one capability you most need today. You can move up or down at any time from your billing page, and the comparison table above shows exactly what changes at each step.
How billing works
Flat per workspace, not per seat. Each plan includes a set number of users and you add workspaces as you take on clients. Your bill does not jump every time your team grows, which makes the cost predictable as you scale — the opposite of per-seat tools that quietly get more expensive with every hire.
Paid monthly through PayPal. Paid plans run as PayPal subscriptions, so you can start, change or cancel from your billing page and PayPal handles the payment securely. When you cancel, the cancellation is confirmed with PayPal and your plan simply stops renewing — there is no annual contract to escape.
Add-ons are optional and per workspace. The add-ons above — the blog and sitemap suite, the Kanban board, the emergency desk, the software-expense audit and the priority VIP channel — let you switch on exactly what a particular client needs without moving your whole account to a higher tier. Turn them on and off as needs change.
Your data stays yours the whole time. Because the platform is self-hosted, your client data lives in your database on your server, and there is a full export in the admin area. Nothing about your billing status can lock you out of your own information.
What you will not find on your bill
Pricing this straightforward only works if there are no surprises hiding behind it, so here is what is not an extra charge. There is no setup fee — installation is a web wizard you run yourself. There is no per-seat creep; each plan includes its users and the price does not move when you add a teammate. There is no charge for exporting your own data, ever. There is no mandatory annual contract and no cancellation penalty. And because the software is self-hosted, there is no storage-tier upsell for keeping your own files on your own server — your hosting is your hosting.
The only things beyond your plan price are the optional add-ons above, which you choose deliberately and can switch off just as easily, and whatever your web host charges you for the hosting itself — the same ordinary PHP and MySQL hosting that runs a small business website. That is the whole cost picture.
Billing questions
Can I change plan later?
Yes — upgrade or downgrade at any time from your billing page. Changes take effect immediately and there is no penalty for moving between plans as your needs change.
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan covers a single user and the core features with no card required, so you can run a real client through it before deciding to pay.
Do you charge per user?
No. Pricing is flat per workspace, per month, and each plan includes a set number of users. Your cost is driven by how many clients you serve, not how many people you hire.
How do I pay, and can I cancel?
Paid plans run as monthly PayPal subscriptions. You can cancel any time from your billing page; the cancellation is confirmed with PayPal and the plan stops renewing. There is no annual lock-in.
What are the add-ons for?
They let you switch on a specific capability — a blog and sitemap suite, a Kanban board, an emergency ticket desk, a software-expense audit, or a priority client channel — for a workspace that needs it, without upgrading your whole plan. They are priced per workspace, per month.
Is there a discount for paying yearly?
Pricing today is straightforward monthly billing. If annual billing would help you, mention it when you get in touch — feedback like that shapes what we add next.
What happens to my data if I stop paying?
It stays yours. The application and database run on your own hosting, so downgrading or cancelling never deletes your data, and a full export is always available in the admin.
