Ask us anything before you commit
Questions about which plan fits, whether it suits your industry, or what it will not do — those are the useful conversations to have first.
Send us a message
Tell us a little about how you work and we will tell you honestly whether this fits.
We are a small team, so replies come from a person rather than a queue. Set your own expected response time in Site Builder.

The kinds of questions we are glad to get
We would genuinely rather answer a hard question before you sign up than have you discover the answer afterwards. The most useful message you can send us describes how you actually work: how many clients you manage, how big your team is, which tools you are trying to replace, and what has to be true for a new system to be worth the switch. With that, we can tell you honestly whether this fits — and if it does not, we will say so.
Common things people ask us to weigh in on:
“Will it work for my industry?” The portal is general-purpose, with pages tailored to agencies, contractors, law and accounting firms, healthcare admin, real estate, IT services and more. Tell us your field and your workflow and we will map it to the features — or tell you where it falls short.
“Which plan do I actually need?” Describe your client count and which capabilities matter most, and we will point you at the right tier and the add-ons worth turning on. There is no upsell pressure; the free plan is a real place to start.
“What does setup involve?” If you can run a WordPress site, you can run this. Tell us about your hosting and we will tell you exactly what installing and going live looks like.
“Is it safe for my clients’ data?” We will be straight about what is and is not protected today — per-workspace isolation and authenticated file access, but no encryption at rest or two-factor authentication yet — so you can make an informed call before moving sensitive records.
What happens after you hit send
Your message goes to a real person on a small team, not into a ticket queue that routes you through three bots first. We read it, and we reply by email — usually with an actual answer rather than a “thanks, we’ll be in touch.” If your question is about whether the product fits, expect a candid response; if it is about setup, expect specifics. You are also welcome to skip the form entirely and email us directly at heath@getuslisted.com.
If you would rather just try it, you do not need us at all: create a workspace on the free plan, set up a single client, and see for yourself whether it removes more email than it creates. That first-hand test tells you more than any sales conversation could.
You might find the answer faster here
Before you write, it is often quicker to see it for yourself. A few places worth a look:
The full product tour walks through every capability in detail — branded client workspaces, Client Pulse retention scoring, tasks and approvals, messaging and the support desk, document collection, invoicing, the blog and page builder, the emergency ticket desk and the software-expense audit — and it is candid about where the software stops today.
The pricing page lays out every plan side by side, explains how flat per-workspace billing works, and helps you choose the right tier for how many clients you serve.
The free Client Ops Scorecard takes about a minute and gives you an honest, itemised estimate of what manual client operations are costing your business each year — a useful number to have in hand whether or not you ever adopt the portal.
And if you work in a specific field, the industry pages linked in the footer describe the exact workflow for agencies, contractors, law and accounting firms, healthcare admin, real estate, IT services and more. If yours is not covered yet, that is exactly the kind of thing worth writing to us about.
What you will not get from us
We are a small team that runs an agency, not a sales operation, so a few things simply will not happen when you get in touch. You will not be handed to a sequence of automated follow-ups. You will not be pushed toward a bigger plan than you need — the free tier is a genuine place to start, and we would rather you grew into a paid plan because it earned it. You will not be told the product does something it does not; if it is a poor fit for your situation, we will say so, because a mismatched customer helps no one.
What you will get is a straight answer from a person who understands the day-to-day of running client work, because we live it too. If that answer is “this is not right for you yet,” you will get that just as readily as a yes. The goal of the conversation is to figure out whether one branded workspace per client actually makes your business run better — and if the honest answer is no, that is a perfectly good outcome for both of us.
Before you write
Do you offer a free plan?
Yes. You can create a workspace and use the core features without entering payment details, then upgrade only when you need more users or capabilities.
Can I move my data out later?
Yes. It is your database on your own hosting, and there is a full JSON export in the admin area. You are never locked in.
Do you help with setup?
Ask in the form and describe your situation — how many workspaces and people you expect, and what hosting you use — and we will tell you exactly what is involved. Installation is a web wizard, not a project.
Is my industry supported?
The portal is general-purpose with dedicated pages for several industries. If yours is not listed, describe your workflow and we will tell you plainly whether it fits before you spend any time on it.
How quickly will I hear back?
We are a small team and reply by email as fast as we reasonably can, from a person rather than an autoresponder. If your question is urgent, say so in the message.
Can I talk to someone rather than email?
Start with the form or a direct email describing your setup. If a call makes sense from there, we will arrange one — but a clear written description usually gets you a faster, more useful answer.
